Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan gives you the entire product immediately, and if it isn’t right you have 14 days from any charge to ask for your money back in full — see the Refund Policy. Cancel whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What are data credits?
Ranking checks, backlink refreshes and the AI assistant cost real money to run, so each plan includes a monthly allowance for them — 1,000 credits on Starter, enough for roughly three times what a normal month uses. A ranking check across 25 searches is 25 credits; an assistant reply is usually under ten. Auditing, crawling, repairs, Search Console and Analytics don’t touch it at all. The allowance resets on the 1st.
What counts as a website?
One domain you have added to your workspace. Remove one and the slot frees up immediately — there is no cooling-off period and no charge for swapping.
Are team members extra?
No. Invite as many people as you like on any plan; they share the account’s websites and its plan.
Do I need any other subscriptions?
No. Ranking data, competitor research and backlink data are bought by RankGrep and included in the price. You never hold a key or fund a balance anywhere else.
What happens if I outgrow a plan?
Your existing websites keep working and keep being audited. You are asked to upgrade at the point you add the next one, never retroactively.
