RankGrep

Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

RankGrep does not offer a free trial. We would rather you ran the product on a real website than on a crippled version of one, so every plan gives you the whole product from the first day — and if it isn’t right for you, you get your money back.

1. The 14-day refund

If you are not happy with RankGrep, ask us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to justify the decision. We will ask what went wrong, because that is how the product gets better, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

The 14 days run from the date of the charge, not from the day you created your account. Using the product in that time — running audits, applying repairs, connecting Search Console — does not reduce what you get back.

2. Renewals

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. If a renewal catches you out and you meant to have cancelled, tell us within 14 days of that renewal and we will refund it and close the subscription.

After that window, cancelling stops the next payment rather than refunding the last one. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to ask

Email uniqueagencies94@gmail.com from the address your RankGrep account uses, and say which payment you want refunded. That is the whole process — there is no form, and you do not need to cancel first.

We aim to reply within two working days. Once the refund is approved, the money is returned to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is decided by your bank rather than by us, and is commonly five to ten working days.

4. Who processes the payment

Payments and refunds for RankGrep are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Paddle is the seller on your receipt and on your bank statement, and it is Paddle that issues the refund once we approve it. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy, and where the law gives you a stronger right than either, that right applies.

5. What happens to your account

Refunding a payment ends the subscription it paid for. Your websites, audits, issue history and connections are not deleted when that happens — the account simply stops being on a paid plan, and you can subscribe again later without starting over. If you want the data removed as well, ask, and see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.

6. Where this does not apply

We may decline a refund where an account is being used to abuse the offer — for example repeatedly subscribing and refunding, or subscribing in order to run a large volume of paid data lookups and then asking for the money back. This is not aimed at anyone who simply tried RankGrep and decided against it. That is what the policy is for.

If you are unhappy, please email us before asking your bank to reverse the charge. A chargeback costs us the disputed amount and a fee on top, takes months to resolve, and gets you your money back more slowly than we would.

7. Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. If the law where you live gives you a longer cancellation period or a stronger right to a refund than this policy does, that law applies and nothing here limits it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version that applies to a payment is the one published on the day that payment was taken, and material changes will update the date above.
